To me, mindful growth means businesses succeed with the right strategy and execution – without the bells and whistles of a huge consulting agency. I help my clients develop authentic marketing and impactful sustainability strategies that are aligned with their values, mission and budget.

As a small business owner myself, I know the value of sound advice, reliable execution and an affordable solution.  I welcome the chance to get to know your business and see how I can help you grow mindfully.

MN Cycling Center

President and Founding Board Member

I lead the non-profit MN Cycling Center, a volunteer run organization working to build a new velodrome bicycle racing track in Minnesota. In addition to our efforts to bring track cycling back to MN, the organization provides after-school bike-centric STEM programming to elementary school students. Our students learn to ride, maintain their bicycles, and get hands on with the STEM concepts that make their bikes work.
